Lock Sixteen Catering is available for fund raising events for your organization. We currently do Chicken BBQ and Reverse Raffle. Let us help you out the next time your club or organization needs to raise money.

CHICKEN BBQ

  • All disposable service.
  • Two people to assist with serving line.

Club or organization will be responsible for tables for serving line and for arranging volunteers to take tickets and serve food. Sides to choose from: Baked Beans, Applesauce, Cole Slaw, AuGratin Potatoes, Homemade Noodles, Macaroni Salad, Potato Chips, Potato Salad or Pasta Salad. 12 oz can of pop (Pepsi products) available for an additional $0.75 per meal.

REVERSE RAFFLE

This unique fundraiser can make any organization a lot of money fast. We have the equipment to handle this fundraiser at any location. Here’s how it works: Your volunteers sell up to 200 tickets that include one chance to win cash prizes, appetizers, one steak dinner and drinks for the evening. The tickets sell for between $50 and $75 each with additional dinner tickets for $25 per person. Meals can range from $16 - $25 per meal. Cash prizes are awarded throughout the night and additional sideboards can be set up to raise additional money. This event has the ability to raise $1,500 to $7,000 depending on ticket sales, price of tickets, donation of prizes, and cash prizes awarded. Entertainment can be added to make this an even more enjoyable evening for all. Call us for details on how you can set this event up for your organization.
