Lock Sixteen - Homeward Bound Delivered Meals

Homeward Bound meals are currently available in seven counties. Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Van Wert, Putnam, Hardin, and Hancock counties.

Bonded delivery persons are trained to meet the needs of each individual client.

Each meal is nutritionally balanced and can be obtained to meet the needs of a regular or modified diet.

Who can receive Homeward Bound meals?

  • Anyone temporarily or permanently unable to cook for themselves.
  • Those recovering from an illness or hospitalization
  • The Homebound
  • New Mothers
  • Disabled
  • Senior Citizens

Hot or Frozen Meals $6.00 each

Meal Type

  • Regular or Modified
    (Low fat, low sugar, low sodium)
  • Choice of 2% Milk, Skim Milk, or Juice

Billing Options

  1. Pre Payment
  2. Weekly or Monthly
  3. Third Party Billing

Cash, Check, or Major Credit Cards are Accepted

Delivery Days

Hot meals available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Frozen meals are available for evenings, non-delivery days, and weekends.

Meals are scheduled to be delivered between 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Subject to change due to inclement weather and holidays.

Getting Started is as Simple as...

  1. Call the office
  2. Pick a meal and a beverage
  3. Schedule delivery days that suit your needs
  4. Select a billing option

Keep in Mind That....

  • Client must be home when meal is delivered
  • Any addition of meals or cancellations must be received in the office by 1:30 the previous business day

If the above conditions are not followed, the client will be billed for the scheduled meal delivery.
